fantastic seafront stay!
unobstructed view helpful staff cold drinks secure safe
The seafront room had a unobstructed view of the northern bay. the hotel staff met me at the pier and helped carry my bags which i appreciated. there was a mini fridge in my room. It kept my drinks cold. i also felt secure with the provided safe.
the access to my room was slightly hilly and uneven.

This hotel is right on the ocean. there is vibrant atmosphere here in the evening and daytime. many restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. They are very convenient.

I was able to order food from the restaurant. the dishes were delicious and promptly delivered. it was convenient to enjoy a meal in my room. I really enjoyed it.

The room had a comfortable double bed! air conditioning was very effective. It made the room a nice temperature. i also found a handy hairdryer, fridge, water, and soap in the room.

great beachfront stay
friendly staff amazing view
i loved the staff. the people were super friendly and helpful. they met me at the pier to carry bags to the hotel. the room had air conditioning and a mini fridge. it also had a safe. i loved the view from the balcony. it was an unreal unobstructed view of the northern bay.
the shower was not so good. the water pressure was low and inconsistent. it made showering difficult after a long day.

staff provided a warm welcome and readily assisted with luggage transport from the pier. the reception desk offered prompt service. they addressed any questions quickly.

missed room cleaning minimal cupboard
The staff met us at the pier and handled our baggage to and from the hotel. That was helpful.
The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. I had to buy toilet paper. The premises were messy. Rubbish littered the rocks in front of the room. There was minimal cupboard space, just one shelf shared with the safe and no bedside tables for lamps or personal items.

charmed stay with sea view
kind staff fine view comfortable stay
The staff were so kind and helpful. the seafront room number 20 had fine hills views in tonsai bay. Sunrise and sunset were great. my week long stay was comfortable, and they helped me book ferry tickets. i enjoyed having hot showers and relaxing on the balcony.
The room lacked cupboard space. I only had one shelf to share with the safe.

Free coffee and cookies were available in reception. These made starting the day easy. if i wanted a drink they didnt have, staff got it for me, showing they really cared about us having what we want.

the hotel picked us up from the pier and dropped us off after checkout without request. i finded power sockets on the beach view terras so i could work.

great VALUE WITH AMAZING VIEWS
great staff convenient ferry comfortable bed
my superior sea front room offered a really nice view of the island. The staff meet you at the pier and took my bags to the place. They also helped book my ferry off the island, a service i found quite useful. The bed was comfortable, something i appreciated.
the noise from the nearby nightclub was quite loud at night.

loud music room ants
The staff helped book ferry tickets, I appreciated that VERY much.
The ridiculously loud music went on until 4 am. There was no sleep at all, it was VERY frustrating. The room itself had ants.
